To
be responsible for the Shows cost centre.

To
send appropriate financial reports to Financial Manager.

To
agree cost centre budgets with Financial Manager.

To
he responsible for the preparation of all show stationery.

To
receive all show entries.

To
prepare show schedules.

To
organise the set up, erection and dismantling of the National shows.

To
liaise with other organisations participating in the shows.

To
maintain and seek additional sponsorship for the shows.

To
investigate future structure, location etc of shows.

To
set up a team of helpers as required
