Society - web publication policy
Dear Members,
At the Executive meeting of
24th November 2009 the Executive Committee voted in favour of
the following approach to publishing information on the Society
website.
Given that not all our
members have access to the internet we have decided that publication of
information in our paper publications will take priority; this means
articles, show reports and photographs etc. will be seen by all our
members before they are made more generally available via the Society
website.
While adopting the
above policy we also recognise that there may be some instances when we
are in between major publication dates and the only means of broadcasting
important information will be via the Society website.
This
policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure its ongoing relevance.
