Pink Splendour and Pink Champagne are no longer considered synonymous, Pink Champagne is now reinstated in the National Register.

World of Sport and sports now classified medium - a boost for growers of medium intermediates.

Chessington and Sports under review - potential reclassification to mediums.

Lecture Panel
Are you having problems getting speakers for your Society meetings? The Society will be pleased  to provide a 'panel of experts'  for your meeting. Please book as early as possible so as to allow maximum time to assemble the panel. Costs would not exceed the expenses for one car. Telephone 01670 353 580 for details.


Show Dates 2008
The Early National will be held at the County Showground, Stafford on 6th and 7th September. 

The Late National will also be held at the County Showground, Stafford on 31st October and 1st November. 

Annual General Meeting 2008 
The Annual General Meeting of the Society will be held at the Best Western Hotel, Festival Way, Stoke on Trent on Saturday 15th March 2008 at 1.30pm. Click AGM details for more information.

Nominations for AGM
Please note that nominations for all officers, Managers and Executive Committee to be voted on at the 2009 AGM must be lodged with the Chairman of the Society not later than 31st December 2008. The nomination should be accompanied by the Curriculum Vitae of the candidate of not more than fifty words. This rule will be strictly adhered to. 


Overseas Members
Overseas subscription rates will be the same as U.K. rates providing this is paid in Sterling.

Alternatively you may pay by VISA/ACCESS/MASTERCARD/EUROCARD. If cheque is not in sterling [lease add £7 per cheque to cover bank charges. All correspondence will continue to be sent by Air Mail.
