Peter is the Society's Membership manager,
his responsibilities are:

To
be responsible for the Membership cost centre.

To
keep the membership data base -
Names and addresses - Payments made etc.

To
receive all membership payments, to record these on the membership database,
and bank receipts weekly. To carry out bank reconciliations.

To
receive and bank payments on behalf of Sales Manager and notify details.
-
To
agree cost centre budgets with Financial Manager.

To
send monthly financial report to Financial Manager

To
receive and action mail on behalf of the NCS.
-
To
forward all requests for the supply of goods to the Sales Manager by E Mail.

To
have answer machine for membership calls.
-
To
pass on requests for advice to appropriate member Pre selected.
-
To
provide Sales Manager with up to date Membership details.
-
To
set up a team of helpers as required.
