Graham is responsible for the finances of the
Society.

To
be responsible for the NCS Financial Management.

agree cost centre budgets with Managers and prepare overall budget.

To
receive monthly returns from cost centre Managers and prepare financial
statements

To
produce management control information for all cost centres.

To
advise and assist cost centre Managers in the operation of their cost
centres.

prepare end of year accounts for presentation to external accountants.

To
present financial returns at AGM.

If
VAT registered to produce appropriate returns.

liaise with support fund.
